Nick’s professional expertise flourished in 2014 when he became owner/director of a struggling business. With his commercial acumen Nick was able to rebuild and revitalise the company, seeing a 400% increase in turnover and creating a brand that is still successful today.

Nick now uses his knowledge and expertise to help businesses grow and fulfil their targets, works with directors to empower their teams, and establish structures to allow employers to concentrate on the things that matter to them.
